About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahi We have an exciting opportunity for a People Solutions Advisor to join our Contracts & Onboarding workstream, which is one of the four workstreams within our People Solutions Team. By joining our People Solutions Team, you'll be at the forefront of redefining HR operations and shaping the future of the P&C community. Your ambition and innovative mindset will be key as you leverage cutting-edge technology and cross-skilling opportunities to drive efficiency and independence. This is a fantastic opportunity where you collaborate with diverse professionals as you leverage your Contract Solutions expertise to provide support and advice to our people on various aspects of employment contracts, such as our digital contracts system, our onboarding technology and processes, collective and individual agreements, new starter queries, position management, job offers and nonstandard contract advice. Key responsibilities include: Provide high-quality advice and support across the employee lifecycle Driving the evolution of HR operations by embracing self-service and innovation Solving complex problems and make impactful decisions for the employee and People Leader experience Leveraging technology to redefine HR operations and enhance efficiency Participating in diverse challenges that contribute to the success of the organization About you | Ko wai koe Ideally with previous experience within a shared service environment, you will have a few years practical experience within generalist HR and will be comfortable with both HR Systems and interpreting and generating both Individual and Collective Employment Agreements. With strong advisory and problem solving skills, you will enjoy working at pace as you manage and action high volume case management requests.
